Seventeen area pages sit under this one, and the lines between them are rarely signposted. They are rivers, highway ramps, a change of elevation, or the point where a road simply runs out. This page is how to find the page that covers your street, what separates it from the one next door, and where the zone stops. Inside it there is no dispatch fee on a job that goes ahead, whichever of the seventeen you are standing in.

A service-areas page is usually a list of place names and not much else. This one has the reasoning left in, because the boundary between one North Shore area and the next is hardly ever a sign at the roadside. It is a canyon, a highway on-ramp, a bench of hillside, or the point where the pavement runs out at the water. The seventeen pages divide first by municipality and then by elevation, and here is how to land on yours.
Lonsdale Avenue carries three of them, and the splits are worth knowing before you click. Lower Lonsdale runs from the Quay up to roughly 5th Avenue. The blocks between 5th and East 13th are not claimed outright by either page, so give the nearest cross street on the phone and it is settled in a sentence. Central Lonsdale is the run from East 13th Street up to about East 23rd. Upper Lonsdale is the hillside from roughly 21st Street upward, so the two overlap for a couple of blocks, and it carries on until Montroyal Boulevard and Grouse Mountain Road take over. Three pages for one avenue looks like padding until you walk it, at which point almost nothing that is true of a job at the Quay end is still true at the top.
Four more pages cover the ground west and north of the avenue, and what separates them is height. Capilano runs north off Marine Drive toward the Capilano River Regional Park entrance. Pemberton Heights is the slope on the far side of Capilano Road, dropping away from the Upper Levels Highway toward the Capilano River canyon. Edgemont Village is the plateau above both, and its centre is the run of shops on Edgemont Boulevard, with Ridgewood Drive at one end of it and Prospect Road at the other. Norgate is the outlier and the lowest of the four, boxed into the District's southwest corner with the Trans-Canada Highway along its south side and Capilano Road along its west.
The eastern half is arranged around water and highway rather than around Lonsdale. Lynn Valley sits high on that side, Lynn Canyon on one flank and the foot of Mount Fromme on the other, reached by Lynn Valley Road, by Mountain Highway, or by the Kirkstone connector. Below it Lynnmour is wedged between Mountain Highway, Lynn Valley Road and the Trans-Canada, which is why its page gives as much room to the light-industrial units on the Mountain Highway corridor as it does to the townhome stratas off Fir and Cedar Streets. Seymour, further east again, never resolves into a grid at all: its streets fan out toward Indian Arm and stop where the water does. Deep Cove is where that run of streets finally ends, at the far end of Dollarton Highway. Seymour and Deep Cove are neighbours and still get separate pages, because Berkley and Panorama Drive have very little to say to one another.
West Vancouver is a separate municipality, it sits fully inside this coverage zone, and its pages hang off a single road. Marine Drive comes in at the Park Royal interchange, runs through Ambleside, passes the Dundarave village between 24th and 26th Streets, carries on out past Caulfeild Village, and finishes in the cove at Horseshoe Bay where the ferry berths are. Four of the six pages are strung along that line in that order.
The other two are the exceptions to it. British Properties sits above everything, cut into the lower Hollyburn slopes and organised around Chartwell Drive, Eyremount Drive and Millstream Road rather than around Marine Drive at all. And the West Vancouver page itself covers the municipality as a whole, which makes it the one to read if your address is not inside any of the named villages.
A street name on its own will often not settle which page you want, or which van. Capilano Road is three areas at once: it is the spine of Capilano, the western edge of Norgate, and the eastern edge of Pemberton Heights. Mountain Highway appears on both the Lynn Valley and the Lynnmour pages. Dollarton Highway is shared between Seymour and Deep Cove. Prospect Road turns up twice over, once among the Pemberton Heights side streets and once at the end of the Edgemont shops. Down in Deep Cove, Panorama Drive and Panorama Ridge are not the same place either. If the name you have is one of those, add the nearest cross street to it and the guesswork disappears.
The zone is North Vancouver and West Vancouver, and it stops at those two municipal boundaries. Everywhere inside them is quoted off the same service list, and neither a Caulfeild address nor a Lower Lonsdale one pays anything for the distance. What the address changes is how long the drive takes. There is no distance premium for the far ends of the map, and no hidden charge added once the work is done. What can move a figure is named on the same call rather than found on the invoice: automotive work taken between midnight and 6 am, an after-hours or weekend call-out, and, if you cancel once a technician is already en route, a call-out fee for the drive that the terms set out. If your address falls outside the two municipalities, say so at the start of the call and you will be told plainly, instead of waiting on a van that was never going to reach you.

The list does not shorten at the far end of the map. A Horseshoe Bay job and a Central Lonsdale job draw on the same ten services. What differs is the hardware loaded before the van sets off.
